Howard Bank's Marasco Joins Maryland Science Center Board

Howard Bank Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager Chris Marasco has been elected to the Board of Trustees of The Maryland Science Center. He will serve a three-year term.

"The Maryland Academy of Sciences is Maryland's oldest scientific institution and one of the oldest such institutions in the entire nation. Its mission is to create awareness by engaging people in exciting educational experiences. It is also to motivate youth to pursue careers in science and technology through community collaboration with academia, government, and industry.

"Marasco is the Chairperson for the Howard Community College Educational Foundation Board of Directors and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Community Foundation of Howard County, and has previously served on the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults Board and on the board of the Baltimore Washington Chamber of Commerce. He lives in Ellicott City.
